Travis Kelce is clearing the air about his relationship with Taylor Swift, and fans are backing him up.

During a recent (July 1) appearance on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end addressed the ongoing chatter that he and Swift have been chasing attention during the NFL offseason.

With the couple frequently spotted at high-profile events and on lavish getaways, some critics have accused them of being “too public.” But Kelce isn’t having it.

“Having fun with it, man,” Kelce told cohosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan. “Being a couple, dude. You already know. It gets thrown out there like we’re trying to seek the attention every now and then... We’re just enjoying life and having fun.”

And Swifties? They totally believe him.

This A-list couple doesn’t need to seek the spotlight – they live in it 24/7. Devoted fans have pointed out that Swift is simply embracing a new chapter in her life, one that looks very different from her famously private past relationships with Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy

“She’s glowing, he’s thriving, and we’re here for it,” one fan posted on X (formerly Twitter). “This is the most confident and supported she’s ever looked.”

The couple has spent much of the spring and summer in Florida, where Kelce rented a $20 million mansion in Boca Raton, according to the Daily Mail. They even made headlines attending Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals in June, with Kelce calling it a “f***in’ hell of a game.”

When asked about Swift potentially attending more Chiefs games this season, Kelce grinned and confirmed, “We’ll have Tay representing up at Arrowhead [Stadium].”

Last year, Swift managed to attend multiple games despite being on her record-breaking Eras Tour. However, this fall, she’ll finally have a chance to be fully present.

"She tried to get to as many [games] as she could last year," uttered Kelce. "She came to a lot."

Fans see this as a sign that the couple is genuinely committed and simply not concerned with critics.

“She’s living her truth and having fun for once,” another Swiftie wrote. “The haters are just mad because it’s real and they can’t control the narrative anymore.”

As for the backlash? Most fans agree: the people stirring the pot are just looking for something to complain about.
